The Saskatoon blends rich, earthy Saskatoon berry juice with a proprietary distilled bitter base, a blend of warming herbs and spices, and foraged Douglas fir tips, which lend a bright, tannic finish. The Saskatoon can replace bold red wine at dinner (try it lightly chilled), or over ice negroni-style.
