Oddbird Low Intervention White No2 is a natural wine from North Alsace in France. The grapes are a blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling, that are selected with care and picked all by hand. The area’s unique terroir with a lot of minerality and an entirely natural wine making process, create a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension.
Served as an aperitif or with dishes of fish or poultry dishes.
