Saicho Sparkling Tea Jasmine

This green tea is grown in the mountains of Fuding in Fujian Province, China and has a highly perfumed, intense Jasmine nose. Palate is off-dry with a soft mouthfeel and enough acidity to keep it lively.  Fun to try with ripe, soft cheeses as well as deep fried stuff like Korean chicken wings! Salty, crispy roasted pork belly too.
