Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery to all zip codes in Manhattan New York City but will be expanding shipping zones Fall 2026.

Online or phone orders placed before 5:00pm can usually be delivered same-day. Courier availability can fluctuate throughout the day. Exact dispatch and arrival times vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Someone must be available to accept and sign for the delivery at the time stated/scheduled. Our couriers cannot leave packages unattended.

No. We offer free delivery in our local delivery zones for orders over $100.

Please supply complete, detailed delivery instructions when placing your order (e.g., delivery contact phone number, apartment/suite number, callbox/intercom code, or specific front desk/doorman directions). Clear instructions help ensure your courier reaches you without delay. We cannot process a delivery without a phone number being associated with transaction.

Spirited Away is not responsible for lost, stolen, or failed package deliveries if you are unavailable to receive the order at the time of delivery or if inaccurate/incomplete delivery instructions were provided.
