Almave Humo is a premium, non-alcoholic mezcal alternative co-created by Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton and master distiller Iván Saldaña. Made from Espadín agave grown in the volcanic soil of Puebla, Mexico, it captures the smoky, earthy depth of a traditional spirit while remaining alcohol-free.
Tasting Notes: Nose: Roasted agave, mineral smoke, and a touch of charred pineapple.
Palate: Herbal and earthy spices with a subtle, piloncillo brown sugar sweetness and a dry, lingering smoke.
Finish: Structured, complex, and unapologetically bold.
It is ideal for mixing into zero-proof versions of classic cocktails like the Mezcal Margarita or a Paloma.
