Giffard Non-Alcoholic Elderflower captures the floral elegance of wild elderflower with notes of dried blossoms and lychee. Crafted through fruit and plant maceration for balanced sweetness, acidity, and aromatic depth.
On the palate, Elderflower is delicately floral with notes of dried blossoms, fresh lychee, and soft citrus. The acidity is present but controlled, creating lift without sharpness. Compared to syrups, it contains significantly less sugar, allowing bartenders and home mixologists to use higher volumes without overpowering a drink.
