Meet Yamilé, a playful, aromatic, and vibrant sparkling rosé featuring soft red fruits and a touch of smoke. Built on a base of carbonic-macerated raspberries and gooseberry, it introduces striking complexity via lacto-fermented beechwood-smoked rhubarb and a spiced pink peppercorn and goldenrod kefir. Refreshingly dry with a gentle, creamy smokiness.
Tasting Notes: Soft red fruits, tart smoke, star anise, and pink peppercorn.
Best served chilled. Pair with smoked fish, grilled dishes, or creamy desserts.
