Saicho Sparkling Tea Osmanthus

Scented with osmanthus blossoms, Saicho Osmanthus is a Tie Guan Yin oolong tea harvested in Autumn from Xianyou County, China.  It's delicate floral and stone fruit notes make it a wonderfully versatile pairing with light seafood dishes like scallops, sashimi or ceviche, while its gentle sweetness complements fruit-based desserts such as apricot tart, poached pear or peach cobbler, especially when kept light and elegant.  

On the Nose: Honeyed osmanthus blossom, golden apricot and delicate florals.
